This concept is to help you go easy on yourself! Imagine walking through a bazaar. Can you take home everything all at once? Never! What you can do is look around, shape bonds with some items, and take home what you can. Now would you call that a failure or a good buy?!
My goal here is to give you the right space, a bit of guidance, and the patience to wander. A space in which you can create bonds with the language. And little by little befriend it!
With patience, care, and practice, you can grow into someone who carries Farsi in daily life;Â a phrase for a friend, a word for your grandmother, a memory for yourself.

Hi, I’m Tina
An Artist, Teacher, Philosopher, Manager who has decided to share the joy of speaking Farsi.
My educational and professional path has taken many turns, all of which are reflected in the way I have constructed Zabanzaar.
I was born and raised in Iran.
I only learned about the extent to which I loved my mother tongue when I moved out of the country. When I experienced missing Farsi all day everyday, despite speaking perfect English.
Zabanzaar emerges from a place of love and longing.
It’s like when you’re crazy about a music band and you wanna have your friends listen to it.
I want to share with you the beauty I see.

This course includes 8 modules with over 30Â hours of gentle guidance and practice.
You’ll also have access to dozens of lessons you can pause, replay, and revisit at your own pace, each one offering a new phrase, story, or piece of the language to carry home.
The journey is designed to unfold gradually, beginning with the basics and moving into richer expressions and conversations. For the smoothest experience, it’s best to take the modules in order.
